My first visit. All very nice... very friendly staff. I did notice (and I was bothered) that none of the staff had masks on...such a shame. But we had our masks on and was happy with that. Bacon sandwich with granary bread was delicious, coffee was a little weak, but looked better than it tasted. Would recommend, do try out the bacon sarnie...
We we're treated to an afternoon tea. It was lovely, a variety of savoury and sweet treats with great coffee. Friendly team looking after us. A lovely relaxing time out
Very nice staff, excellent quality coffee, and the baked goods are really great! I would say the best quality coffee in Ipswich. Definitely worth a visit, you will not be disappointed. Seating inside and available outside in the back garden.
This place is an Ipswich Gem, conveniently located excellently crafted coffee (even the ice team was good) , lovely sausage roll and impeccable service from the staff. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and such a joy to speak to and the decor and ambience of the cafe was second to none. They also have a cute outdoor garden area I really like.

Applaud is the most amazing place to go for coffee! The beans are beautiful and you can taste the love that is put into the food. the atmosphere is honestly amazing. As a regular here I couldn’t go anywhere else. The girls are so welcoming and coming here makes my day! Thank you so much ladies!!!
I'm not sure how they do it but although this coffee shop is often very busy, there is always a relaxed vibe. Really pleasant staff and interesting (in a good way!) food. Looking forward to the summer and their garden oasis!
